📝 Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
We want you to love your Lion & Iron gear. Every order is custom-printed just for you, which means we don’t keep inventory on hand. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color. However, if there’s a problem with your order — such as a printing error, damaged item, or the wrong product being sent — we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Email us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Order Issues / Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact us right away. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to track it down or send a replacement.
Size Exchanges / Buyer’s Remorse
Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for size issues or if you change your mind. Please double-check our size charts before ordering.
Return Address
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, it will be sent back to our return facility. We’ll reach out to you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 5–10 business days.
